Just a brief description of how to remove the motors on your mazda bongo roof when they re stuck down.
The bongos originally came with a length of cord and an allen key to get the roof down manually in an emergency though.
With my foot on the brake and the engine running when i operate the switch you can hear the motors operating and the alarm bleeping but the dash warning light is not lit up and the roof does not rise one jot.
The difference is hard to notice without measuring.

If your elevating roof won t go up or won t come back down then it could be a small wire that is meant to be attached to the back of the handbrake lever.
